Terms and Conditions
Please read through these details carefully. Registering on the www.gadget-box.com site or purchasing products or services from us means that you have agreed to them.
Ordering:
All orders must be placed online via this website.
When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these
Terms and Conditions:
When you place your order you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. These email confirmations are produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfil that order. We will then check availability of the product(s) ordered. If the product(s) is available and the details of the order are correct, you will receive an email once the product(s) is despatched. If the product is not available we will also notify you via email. In the event of a product being unavailable the payment made for the product will be refunded in full.
Gadget-box.com may cancel any order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Prices
The price for each product is shown on gadget-box.com and includes V.A.T at 17.5%.
All prices quoted on gadget-box.com are in UK pounds.
We try to ensure that the prices on gadget-box.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the product(s) in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the email address that you have supplied us. You will have the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you the order will be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you make your payment.
Payment :
Payment must be made at point of ordering.
All payments are to be made via Paypal or using gadget-box.com gift voucher(s).
Paypal accept all major credit and debit cards.
You do not need to create a Paypal account to process a payment.
There are no fees for paying for products via Paypal

Gadget-box.com Gift Vouchers
Gadget-box.com Gift vouchers may only be redeemed online at www.gadget-box.com.
Gift vouchers cannot be used for orders already placed.
If the value of the order exceeds the value of the gadget-box.com gift voucher, the balance must be paid at point of ordering.
If you have more funds in your gift voucher account than the total cost of your order the balance will remain in your gift voucher account for future use.
Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p.
Product Availability
We always try to keep gadget-box.com stock figures as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all products are always available. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will notified via email and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
Delivery
Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days from the time of despatch and take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on gadget-box.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If the product(s) are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible. If you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Delivery/Returns
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product. Note: We must be notified of items being returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days.
Either telephone us on +44 (0) 8456 GADGET (423438) or email us at customer.service@gadget-box.com. You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement. We will then provide you with a Return Code and return address.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned to us. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning products.
Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.
We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.
Refunds
All refunds from gadget-box.com will be processed via Paypal to the original card used for the purchase transaction.
Refunds will only be made subject to the gadget-box.com terms and conditions.
Copyright and Trade Marks
The copyright in gadget-box.com and the content of all the software, web site and pages relating to the gadget-box.com web site is owned by Gadget Box Ltd and unless otherwise specified may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of gadget-box.com.
You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose.
Gadget-box.com does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as consumers which are available to you.
Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Gadget-Box.com excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Gadget-Box.com and Gadget-Box.com shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

Gadget-Box.com may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of Gadget-Box.com upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.
Termination shall be without prejudice to Gadget-Box.com other rights.
Gadget-Box.com acts as principal on its own account and not as agent for you or any other person.
If Gadget-Box.com does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.
In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Gadget-Box.com option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Gadget-Box.com and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.
Use of Gadget-Box.com and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Changes to Gadget-Box.com Terms and Conditions
If the gadget-box.com terms and conditions are amended at any time all registered users will be notified via email. The Terms and Conditions will also always be accessible online on the www.gadget-box.com website.
